Early Childhood Investigations (ECI) is an ongoing series of free webinars for early childhood educators (ECEs) and early learning and child care (ELCC) administrators. Fran S. Simon, M.Ed., working as a child care administrator at the time, developed the concept as a way to connect educators and enhance early learning and child care best practices.
